Second hand vehicles to transfer down 
To provide a Derriford to Saltash or Torpoint route
To gain at least one contract
To win at least one award

Stagecoach South West
To transfer more second hand buses down to Plymouth
To gain another route
Any of the 1 (Plymouth), 2/2A/2B (Plymouth), 3 and 48 to become a Gold route
Increased frequency for the 1 and route changes for the 2/2A/2B
New buses for anywhere in Stagecoach South West
Increased frequency on the Falcon
Christmas Day service in Plymouth

Target Travel
To get more newer buses and coaches 
To gain extra routes

National Express
To gain a new route into Plymouth

Other operators
Countrybus to keep the 91
At least one new independent to enter Plymouth
