Some news from Plymouth Citybus

 Good evening everyone

Here is some news from Plymouth Citybus

We’re planning some changes from 10th April to improve routes and provide more reliable services.

The majority of these changes are taking place in Cornwall and we’ve worked closely with Cornwall Council and other transport providers to re-shape the network as we emerge from Covid, providing extra and more reliable services in the areas that need it most.

There will be some impact on the following services in Plymouth:

8/9Service reducing in frequency to every 15 minutes

12/A

12/12A will provide an hourly service between Plymouth and Launceston, 12 will operate via Stoke Climsland, 12A will operate via St Dominic. 12A will no longer serve Downgate, Callington town services will be operated by the 235. Bude to Launceston will be reduced to two hourly.

Services 11, 12, 72 will provide 3 buses an hour in Saltash for Plymouth

33

Retimed to improve reliability

71Service will now operate between Saltash and Derriford only. Passengers wishing to travel from Liskeard to Derriford can catch the 11 to Saltash and change at Fore Street.  Menheniot will be covered by revised service 77
72Most services will terminate at Hannafore.  A revised 73 service will operate between Tregoad Park and Polperro, passengers wishing to travel through can change at East Looe Bridge. Extra journeys running between Plymouth and Saltash
